About Us

Jeff Rowlett has more than 30 years of experience in home construction. He has been involved in developing and building neighborhoods like Hickory Lake Farms, Shelley Acres, and Breckenridge in Mt. Juliet, TN. In 2016, Jeff partnered with Patrick Hays, who has a strong background in real estate and new construction homes, to establish R&H Builders. Jeff and Patrick worked together to build homes in Brookside Farms, Hillview Farms, Autumn Creek, and Heritage Highlands in Lebanon, TN, as well as custom homes throughout Wilson County, TN, which established a strong reputation for R&H in the local community. In 2021, they expanded their construction team with the addition of Amy Massengale, who has worked in residential design and construction since 2011. Together, the close-knit team collaborates seamlessly, leveraging their unique expertise to create exceptional homes. R&H Builders and their in-house realtor, Amber Dzafic, are dedicated to fostering strong relationships and building lasting connections with their clients.
